🧱 How it works

  1. Scan — every minute, browse LinkedIn for new roles matching a rotating list of target keywords.
  2. Score — pass each new role through a local LLM (Ollama for scout, Gemini for final score) measured against the candidate's resume.
  3. Tailor — for roles above threshold, generate a custom resume + cover letter for that specific posting.
  4. Apply — submit via LinkedIn Easy Apply for in-platform postings, or route to the correct ATS handler (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) for external links.
  5. Track — every step (discovered, scored, generated, applied, failed) is logged in SQLite for full auditability.
  6. Self-heal — a watchdog process restarts the agent if it crashes; a persistent browser session keeps the cookie-jar warm so LinkedIn doesn't trip the bot detector.
